Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy

  • Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement or before it has been dispatched, whichever is earlier. Please email support@lotuscareeximco.com for cancellation requests.
  • After Dispatch: Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been handed over to our logistics partners.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The request must be raised within 15 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice) is mandatory.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain goods such as customized orders or bulk wholesale consignments manufactured specifically to client specifications are exempt from being returned unless they are found to be defective.

Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment (via Razorpay) within 5-7 business days.
