Order Processing:

All orders are processed within 1-4 business days. We do not ship on Sundays or National Holidays. In cases of high demand or industrial production timelines, we will notify you of any expected delays.

Shipping Destinations

  • Domestic: We ship across India through a wide distribution network.
  • International: As an Export-Import firm, we offer international shipping. International rates and delivery timelines (usually 15-45 days) vary by country and are calculated at the time of inquiry/checkout.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight, volume, and destination of the order.
  • Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees for international orders are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Tracking

Upon dispatch, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email/mobile number. You can track your shipment through our logistics partner’s portal.

Delivery Estimates

  • Domestic: 5-10 business days.
  • International: 15-30 business days (subject to customs clearance).
